Why three, not four

Built around how
families actually live.

Three perpetual seasons of four months each maps to school schedules and sports seasons more naturally than any other breakdown.

01
School schedule alignment

Summer captures end of school and the full break. Fall is back-to-school through the holiday sprint. Spring carries the new year push and spring sports right through school's end.

02
Sports season fit

Fall sports (soccer, football, cross country) run September–November — all in the Fall planner. Winter and spring sports land in Spring. Summer leagues and camps fill Summer naturally.

03
More writing room per day

Four months on a 12×24" sheet means each day cell is larger — more room to write practices, games, and appointments, not just mark the date.

Questions

Common questions
answered.

Is this the same as a perpetual calendar? +

Yes — in the way most people mean it. When someone searches for a "perpetual seasonal calendar" or "perpetual wall planner," they're typically looking for a calendar that shows multiple months in one continuous, unbroken view rather than forcing you to flip pages. That's exactly what these are. Each seasonal planner shows four consecutive months as one uninterrupted grid — a perpetual view of your season, all on one wall.

Why three seasons instead of four? +

We designed the breakdown around school schedules and sports seasons, not the meteorological calendar. Summer (May–August) captures the end of school and the full break. Fall (September–December) is back-to-school through the holiday sprint. Spring (January–April) carries the new year, winter and spring sports, and the ramp-up to summer. Three planners of four months each covers the full year with no gaps.

What months does each seasonal planner cover? +

Summer runs May through August. Fall runs September through December. Spring runs January through April. Together they cover all twelve months with no overlap and no gaps.

How is this different from the academic calendar? +

The academic calendar shows the full school year — August through July — on a single long sheet. Ideal for students who need the full semester at once. The seasonal planners show four months at a time with larger day cells, better suited to family coordination and the rhythms of household life.

Is it good for tracking kids' sports schedules? +

That's exactly what these are designed for. Fall sports run almost entirely within the Fall planner. Winter and spring sports land in Spring. Summer leagues and camps fill Summer. Each calendar gives you the full picture for that sports stretch without crossing a month boundary.

Can I buy all three? +

Yes — together they cover the full year. Some families buy all three and rotate on the same hook as seasons turn. The Fall planner tends to be most popular since September through December is the most logistically demanding stretch of the family year.

Does the week start on Sunday or Monday? +

Our standard calendars start on Sunday. If you prefer Monday, reach out before ordering and we'll confirm what's available.
